David Sparrowe

Co-founder and Owner

David has over 15 years’ worth of water industry experience. He started his career as a field service engineer and progressed to engineering and customer focused roles. Professional qualifications include; Authorising person for water in hospitals, Diploma in steam boilers and Legionella risk assessments.

Compliance and operational efficiency are at the heart of his commitment to customer service delivery.

David is a proud member of the Water Management Society and IHEEM. Areas of expertise include risk identification, portfolio management, customer service and business strategy.

Simon Walters

Co-founder and Owner

Simon has invested over 18 years in the water storage, treatment and engineering industry, managing large, high profile projects throughout the UK and the rest of the world including Africa and Europe.

Simon’s high professional standards, attention to detail, and the value he places on quality customer relationships have earned him the trust of leading water storage and treatment companies to project manage from start to finish.

With vast experience in training large teams of engineers, Simon takes responsibility in ensuring that all of DSW’s engineers work to high standards at all times and have a can-do attitude. A progressive approach to improving engineers and project delivery are Simon’s main motivator.

Lynne Reynolds

General Manager

Lynne has been part of the DSW team from the company’s inception. Lynne is the general manager and responsible for the day-to-day running of the financial and office-based operations.

Lynne has experience in every office-based role within DSW, and as such is well-placed to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation. Providing training and support for the internal customer service team, finance, HR and administration Lynne is integral in ensuring DSW continue to improve in all areas.

Sean Morgan

Senior Account Manager

Sean has been working in the water treatment industry for over 10 years. He has specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector and takes great pride in ensuring his customer base remains compliant with the HTM 04 01.

A proactive approach and regular meetings mean that all customers receive the time required to review current and future plans. He has a strong knowledge of the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 which he is able to interpret and apply to best meet his customers needs and expectations.

Michael Martin-Mena

Senior Technical Business Development Manager

With two decades of industry water treatment experience, Michael excels in consulting on cooling towers, LTHW, CHW, pools, water softeners, Ultraviolet systems, reverse osmosis systems and large-scale projects/installations from start to finish.

He has a proven track record of delivering results to high-profile sites, which include hospitals, care homes, commercial buildings, offices, schools, colleges, universities, housing associations, hospitality, leisure industry, museums, 5-star hotels, premium shopping outlets and established FM companies across the UK, building long-term client relationships through trust and expertise over many years.

Elliot Betts

Engineering Manager

Elliot is a hands-on Manager and oversees a variety of engineering projects. Well-versed in cold water tank construction and remediation he also oversees a variety of plant installs and full plant room refurbishments.

Health and safety is an area that Elliot excels in, providing critical risk assessments and tool box talks on larger multi-faceted projects. Elliot manages and implements a strategic and robust training program for his team as he aims to constantly improve their ability.

Olivia Jackson

Customer Service and Compliance Manager

Olivia is responsible for the day to day running of DSW’s internal customer service team. She ensures that all internal processes are followed so that DSW’s customers receive a seamless service from enquiry through to booking in and issuing certification.

Olivia provides training in customer service, sales and data compliance to ensure DSW comply with industry accreditations.

Jack Wall

Account Manager

With over 15 years of experience in the water hygiene and compliance industry, Jack has developed extensive expertise across a diverse range of sectors, including social housing, NHS facilities, leisure centres, and prominent landmark buildings throughout the UK. His hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge allow him to navigate the unique challenges of each environment, ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

Jack is passionate about understanding the specific needs of his customers, working closely with them to tailor solutions that foster long-term relationships built on trust and reliability. Known for his commitment to delivering exceptional service, he consistently strives to provide high-quality outcomes that not only meet, but exceed expectations.

Sam Casey

Solutions Engineer

With over 6 years’ experience as a water treatment engineer, Sam has a wealth of knowledge and experience working to ACOP L8, HTM 04 -01 and HSG 274.

With great communication skills and a proactive approach, he can confidently discuss your water treatment requirements and deliver your service visits to a high standard. As a solutions engineer Sam can undertake tasks, identify issues, and ensure resolved to ensure compliance and efficiency.
